Our custom-developed invitation management tool is designed to execute – both analogue and digital – all functions and processes required before, during and after an event. Loginvitation guides the guests to and through the event with sophistication and state-of-the-art expertise. Plus, the electronic tool provides the host with a detailed view of the current guest list, anytime and anywhere.
WHAT IS LOGINVITATION?
01. SAVE THE DATE
Your guests will be promptly informed of the date of the event with an individually designed card.
02. INVITATION
You determine if the actual invitation should be sent out by analogue and/or digital means. It will include all important information as well as a link to the registration site.
03. REGISTRATION
Your guests register through Loginvitation. You always have an overview of the current status of acceptances and regrets.
04. E-CONFIRMATION
Your guests automatically receive a confirmation of their registration and the link to the event website.
05. EVENT WEBSITE
On the website, specially created for your event, you provide your guests with further details such as the schedule, travel to the destination or dress code. You can also arrange overnight accommodations, coordinate arrivals and inquire about special requests.
06. FOLLOW-UP & CHECK-IN
Over the course of the preparations, you can conveniently keep your guests up to date. They also receive a personal registration QR code by e-mail to facilitate an easy electronic admission to the event.
07. E-THANK YOU-CARD
After the event, you have the option to thank your guests for their presence and at the same time let them know where they can find the official photographs and videos of the event.
08. GALLERY
In line with your expectations, we will set up a gallery with photos and/or videos and make them available to your guests as a keepsake.
